- Big round plastic laundry basket – 500 Baht
- Clothes hangers – 60 Baht per pack of 6 (20 Baht shop at Tesco Lotus Kamthieng in Chiang Mai)
- Two mugs – 60 Baht each
- 8 x 12 inches Wooden Chopping Board – 160 Baht
- Otto PT-104 1.8L Corded Jug Kettle – 280 Baht
- Hatari HE-S16M6/HT-S16M7 16inches Slide Fan – 830 Baht
- Socket extension – 350 Baht (avoid cheap options for safety)
- Plastic bucket for trash/used mop – 65 Baht
- Scotch-Brite Easy Sweeper Mop 1 set – 360 Baht
- Scotch-Brite Floor&Bath Handle Scrub – 80 Baht
- Toilet brush – 50 Baht
- Bed Set – 600 Baht (includes two pillowcases, sausage type of pillowcase, and bed sheet)

Essential Items to Buy for Your New Home in Thailand – Total Cost
The total cost for buying all of these items is 7,445 Baht (217 EUR or 185 GBP on 10 February 2020) for one-time purchases and 380 Baht (11 EUR or 9 GBP on 10 February 2020) for resupply items.
