At some point, most people nowadays think to start eating healthy. Read this post “Healthy Food and Its Affordable Options in Chiang Mai” for tips on how to do it in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

PRIN Clean Food Delivery

Experience the convenience of “PRIN Clean food Goodlife Chiangmai” for healthy food delivery in Chiang Mai. Contact them through their Facebook page and explore their various options suitable for your needs.

I’m not sure if they speak English, as my girlfriend communicated with them in Thai. But I suppose by using google translate you will be able to do that.

There are a few options for food delivery. I’m aware of one week sign up and one month sign up. Maybe more options are available, but this needs to be discussed with them.

  • One week costs – 650฿ (price is subject to change). Delivery includes 5 days * 1 week * 2 sets – 10 meals.
  • One month costs – 2400฿ (price is subject to change). Delivery includes 5 days * 4 weeks * 2 sets – 40 meals.

As you see it comes up quite cheap and not much more than any not healthy option in town. Only 65 Baht (1.6 GBP or 1.9 EUR on 29 February 2020) per meal if you sing up for a month.

There are also options to get only one meal per day or three meals per day delivered to you, but I don’t know how much it costs. I saw people in the office have only one meal delivered to them.

PRIN Clean food drivers will deliver food to you from Monday to Friday before noon. There will be both meals for lunch and dinner delivered at the same time. So you will get two boxes. Each meal is around 250 – 350 calories. Food is usually different each time. In one and a half months I had zero meals that were not unique.
